We're not a recruitment agency (and definitely don't charge like one). What we do is to source candidates for your vacancy, screen the cvs, then produce a shortlist for you. You then take over the process and arrange your own interviewing. Normally we will send you the cv of a candidate we think matches the requirements of the role immediately rather than actually wait until we've got 6 six that we can shortlist in one batch. The sooner you get the relevant candidates the better.
We source candidates from multiple job boards, cv databases (including our own), referral and networking sites. You don't have to worry about finding the candidates - just email us the job details and we do the rest. How we source the candidates is up to us and we don't guarantee to use any particular method.
All the recruitment is coordinated via our online job and candidate management system: www.ikrut.com. If you wish we can provide you with a free careers page, powered by iKrut, where you can list your current vacancies and you are free to use that whether you actually choose to use Zodo to source the candidates for you. Hundreds of companies use iKrut free of charge but if you do use us to source the candidates for you, you'll get a set of logins where you can view all the cvs we are recommending.
