How much do you charge?

That depends on what you want from us. If you just want us to help you fill a single vacancy, our fee is £540. If you want us to fill multiple vacancies for you across the course of a year (or less), we would agree a lower figure based on the volume of jobs you want our help on. If you want us to provide you with a fully branded careers microsite (one that matches your corporate site), then you would pay an additional annual charge for that. Please contact us and we will discuss that with you but typical costs are around £1,800 a year. You can have a free careers site through iKrut which has basic branding on it.

Is there a rebate offered?

We follow a different business model to the traditional recruitment agency so our fee is payable upon invoice, regardless of whether the role is actually recruited (which it normally is) or however many people you recruit.

Do you interview candidates?

No.
Because our model is ultra low cost we don't meet any candidates face to face. Occasionally we will phone them if we are unsure about something and we regularly email them to ask them questions about their cv. Each cv we put forward to you has been read and checked for suitability with your must have skill requirements for the role.

So why would we use your managed recruitment service?

Well you get the efficiency of working with just 1, very professional supplier (not 5 recruitment agencies), we do all the labour intensive stuff for you and we will fill at least 60% of your vacancies.
Clients who use us hire better people, dramatically reduce their cost per hire and do a lot less work.

How can you charge so little?

Well 2 reasons. Firstly we get a lot of business so we can afford to keep our fees very low. Secondly, technology does a lot of the work for us. We use our own system www.ikrut.com and compared with other agencies, we have to do far less work as our system does it all for us: rejects inappropriate cvs, searches our cv database in seconds, automatically mailing the vacancy to interested candidate etc. In addition we let you communicate with the candidate once we've sent you their cv. So you arrange your own interviewing and offer management process.

What type of roles do you recruit for?

We are happy to consider roles in what we term the core head office functions: Sales, Marketing, HR, Administration, Customer Service, Finance, IT. We have recruited lots of these types of roles in each category. Have a look at the list of jobs we've recruited. In addition we are not sector specific so will happily consider your vacancy in almost any sector.

So is Zodo a sort of RPO provider?

Not a full RPO service, no. We call it RPO light. We don’t interview the candidates, arrange interviews on your behalf or handle the offer management process. Our job is really to source the candidates for you collating them in our online candidate management system via your iKrut powered careers site. In addition you can use us to recruit 1 job you’re struggling with or all your annual requirements. If you’re not hiring, then you don’t have to pay us.

Sure. For Wandle Housing Association we manage the sourcing for all their vacancies as well as providing them with an iKrut powered careers site that is identical to their main site and acts as their careers site where all their current vacancies are listed:
