Originally based in South West London we have recently moved offshore to Guernsey to take advantage of the generous tax advantages on offer allowing us to offer a fiercely competitive pricing structure that our UK competitors can't match.

Our clients are predominantly small to medium sized employers throughout the UK, typically hiring between 10 and 100 people a year. Our unique approach is proving extremely popular and we anticipate significant growth over the next 3 years, with a target of 15 members of staff by the end of 2008. We are currently 4 people but growing quickly. The island is a thriving offshore finance centre and combines a continental lifestyle with the fast pace of a major city. In short, it's a great place to work and live in.

Client Manager

Zodo is looking to hire a Client Manager. Please note this is not a new business role but will oversee an existing portfolio of clients. You will of course be expected to develop more business with them where possible, but cold calling new prospects is not a part of this job.

It is highly unlikely we would consider you unless you can demonstrate signficant recruitment experience (agency or client side) and have a demonstrable track record of multi discipline recruitment (sales, marketing, supply chain, IT etc) at both junior and senior level. Remember that we hire £10k Administrators as well as £100k Directors so empathy at both ends of the spectrum will be required.

As a small and relatively new company, we can't offer glitzy training programmes or a 3 month mentoring process. From day 1 you must be up to speed, hence the reason we want a minimum significant experience.
